Shipping & returns

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days (Mon–Fri, excluding bank holidays). You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

• UK Standard: £4.99, or free on orders of £50 and over
• UK Express: £6.99
• EU: £14.99
• Rest of the world (incl. USA): £23.99

Orders outside the UK may have to pay import duties or taxes when the parcel arrives. These are set by the destination country and aren't included in our prices.

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Just tell us by email or through our contact page, then send the item back within 14 days of telling us.

• Items must come back in the same condition they were sent. Trying on is fine, but wearing out is not.
• Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty or not as described. We recommend a tracked service.
• We'll refund you, including the original standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the item back, to your original payment method.

Vintage comes with character, and we photograph and describe any notable wear. If something arrives with a flaw we didn't mention, or it isn't as described, get in touch within 30 days. We'll sort a full refund, including return postage.
